"I was brought on as a Summer Associate at LB Capital while pursuing my MBA at the Simon School, University of Rochester. From day one I was handed the responsibility of working on high value deal models in the Energy Sector. The team at LBC trusted me to complete my project with a high level of autonomy that I found refreshing, but were available every step of the way to provide guidance when asked. My internship at LB Capital jump started my career in professional services helping me secure a position at a top tier consultancy. LB Capital's team continues to stay engaged with me as an alumnus and has always shown a genuine interest in my long-term growth."

Our recruitment process is built upon our belief that a candidate’s fit with our entrepreneurial culture is as important as the skills and the experience she or he brings to the firm. Your objective should be to gain insight into our culture and clarify why you want to work at LBC Energy, what you might want to do at the firm and why you would be well suited to do it.

The purpose of the first interview is to help us to get to know you, determine your suitability for a particular area of our business, and for you to ask questions about us. Your second round interview will be more technical in nature, and we will continue to assess your compatibility with the firm.
